WEEKEND INSTRUCTIONS

From now until the end of My Mommy Mart, I will not be online much because someone has to get everything set up for your items. If you need to reach someone with MMM, message the FB page, post in the consignor group, or email me at molly@mymommymart.com

Here’s the main things to know for this weekend:

*Make sure your barcodes can be read. If they have squiggle lines or are incomplete, the scanners will not work. Usually aligning your printer head and using white cardstock solves any problems.

*Do not mark out and rewrite tags. If items are brought to me with this issue, I will pull them from the sales floor because I don’t know who marked out the tag and rewrote it.

*Air out your items especially if you have pets and/or the items have been stored in a basement, attic, or in storage.

*The weather is going to be amazing for the next few days. There is no excuse for dirty ride-on toys, playhouses, or cleats. Clean them. Please. Let your kid beat the cleats to get the dirt out of them.

*You have until midnight on Monday to enter in your items. You can still print your tags after this, but you cannot make any changes.

*You have until Monday morning at 8am to pick up or drop helper shifts. After this time, you have to let us know and it will count against you.

MY MOMMY MART MAKEOVER

Ok, not a real makeover, but I’m rearranging the layout. I can’t tell you yet what the changes will be because I have to get there to make sure it works. The clothing is basically the same, it’s the walls that will look different—more shoe racks, moving swim, babyland, sports, etc.

I plan to take a photo or a video walk-through when we finish setting up on Monday night.

DROP OFF INFORMATION

*This is one way to make drop-off easier. Sort your items by gender and then size. Put like sizes together so you can grab a whole handful when you are putting out your items.

*This sign will be posted at drop off to remind you of what to do.

DIGITAL CONSIGNOR SHOPPING PASS

I’m so tired of wasting money on things that get used once and then tossed - like wristbands. Plus, let’s face it, almost every sale, at least 15% of you lose your wristband anyway.

You will still check out with Nicole (or whoever is at the computer) during your drop-off time. You will scan a QR to check in and get your consignor shopping pass digitally. Your shopping pass will be sent to you via Ticket Tailor. It’s the same company I use for the Sneak Peek Passes, this won’t cost you any money to get your pass this way.

Below is the paper that will be at the drop off checkout. You cannot sign up for your pass here because I didn’t include the qr code or the access code. You can only do this during your drop off.

Make sure that you check out before you leave and don’t leave without first getting your shopping pass.

HANGERS, SAFETY PINS, AND CLAIM TICKETS

Hangers ($10 for 50), safety pins ($4 for 100), and large item claim tickets (free) were restocked this morning. I try to look out there several times during the day to be sure I have everything you need and you can pay via Venmo, PayPal or cash. 310 W 5th St Williamstown
