Dollar Dash Donations

 We encourage our sellers to donate any of their unsold items to local charities. We want to be sure that we pass those donations on to local charities who can use the items. We want to be as responsible as possible in determining who receives the donations. In the past, we have overloaded charities with donations, and they became more of a nuisance than a blessing. I can’t handle that. I never want to make things unnecessarily difficult.

If your organization could use some of the donations, please fill out this form, and we will consider your organization for an invitation to pick up donations. If your organization is chosen, you will be given a gift certificate to "shop" our donations during Dollar Dash on Tuesday, March 18th from 11am - 1pm.

We let you know if your organization was chosen by Monday, March 10th.

I want this to be a good thing, not a hassle!

There are only 5 questions to answer: Organization, Your Name, Email, the donations you would like, and then try to tell me what your organization does in less than two sentences.

What organizations can apply? Local places who are there to assist local foster families, low-income families, school nurses, sports organizations, and even dance studios that keep a supply of items on hand for students in need.

Can I send someone else to shop from my organization? Absolutely! Just let me know beforehand who the person is that will be shopping. Just know that if you send someone to represent your organization who acts ugly, your organization will not be invited back at future events.

Can I use my gift certificate on items other than what I listed? Yep, I just want to have an idea of what you are looking for so we don’t have ten organizations shopping for the same items.

Why would my organization not be chosen? Usually because I already have several organizations that were chosen for the items you needed.

How will the items be priced? The items that were under $15 during MMM will be $1/each. The items that were $15 and over will be $5. I

How much will the gift certificates be? The gift certificates are typically worth at least $50 each.

Do I have to fill this form out for every event? Yes. We know your needs change. We will start over for each event we have. Your organization is allowed to apply every time, though.
